Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- minimum one year of cashier experience
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- basic math skills
- ability to stand for extended periods
- proficiency in using Point of Sale systems

Job Duties
- process checkout and return transactions accurately and efficiently
- monitor and maintain the Self-Checkout area
- provide customers with product and project information to identify selling opportunities
- position and support Cashiers by expediting price checks and approving transactions
- handle first level escalation for customer issues
- assist in the supervision, coaching, and training of Front End Associates
- participate in the training of new Cashiers and utilize coaching tools to develop staff
