Job Requirements
- Be at least 18 years of age
- have a high school diploma or equivalent
- possess 1-2 years of recent cashiering experience
- demonstrate outgoing and friendly behavior
- have a positive attitude
- ability to interact well with customers
- ability to operate front end equipment including register, calculator, and scanner
- be dependable and reliable
- ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays
- possess good communication skills
- ability to take direction and constructive criticism
- ability to work in a team environment
- ability to perform repetitive activities
- ability to multitask, prioritize and stay organized
- able to lift and carry products weighing up to 30 lbs for up to 50 hours without mechanical assistance
- able to use both hands to move grocery carts requiring force up to 35 lbs for distances up to 4 feet for up to 50 hours

Job Duties
- Process customer orders accurately and efficiently
- handle cash, credit, and debit transactions correctly
- provide friendly and prompt customer service
- assist customers by answering questions and resolving complaints
- maintain cleanliness and organization of checkout areas
- stock shelves and assist with store upkeep as needed
- stay informed about weekly promotions and store events to assist customers effectively
