Job Requirements

  • Food handler certification required
  • Strong cash handling skills
  • Available to work flexible hours including mornings, evenings, weekends, late nights, and holidays
  • Ability to lift and carry, push, or pull heavy objects up to 50 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation
  • Ability to stand for long periods of time and work in a fast-paced environment

Job Qualifications

  • Experience using a computer and register (POS) system preferred
  • Food handler certification is required
  • Strong cash handling skills

Job Duties

  • Acts with integrity, honesty, and knowledge that promote the culture, values, and mission of Wingstop
  • Greet all guests in a friendly and welcoming manner whether by phone or in person
  • Place orders for guests in-person and over the phone
  • upsell and maintain knowledge of menu and sauce descriptions, along with new items and promotions
  • Be knowledgeable on menu offerings, sauce descriptions, and promotions to better assist guests in making order recommendations and answering questions
  • Monitor that all orders are ready within the quoted guest order readiness times
  • Verify the accuracy and presentation of all guest orders before delivery to guests to ensure the highest level of guest satisfaction
  • Strong cash handling skills to accurately process cash, credit card and gift card transactions, and balance of register at end of shift
  • Assist in maintaining a clean workplace
  • keep the Front of House (FOH) clean and stocked, including restrooms
  • Restocking products during periods of downtime or as directed
  • Practice safe food handling procedures by following all safety and sanitation guidelines
  • promote safety in the workplace
  • Maintain a professional and presentable appearance according to the company’s Uniform Standards
  • Receive and handle complaints from guests and guide the manager on duty if a problem requires escalation
  • Leave guests with a long-lasting and positive impression of their WINGSTOP experience
