Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Minimum of 1 year cashier experience
Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
Strong customer service skills
Basic math skills
Ability to stand for long periods
Effective communication skills
Ability to work under pressure

Job Qualifications

At least 1 year of cashier experience
Strong communication skills
Ability to handle customer issues effectively
Knowledge of point of sale systems
Leadership and coaching abilities
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Team player with proactive attitude

Job Duties

Provide fast, friendly, accurate and safe customer service
Process checkout and return transactions
Monitor and maintain the Self-Checkout area
Position cashiers and support them by expediting price checks and approving POS transactions
Provide first level escalation for customer issues
Assist in supervision, coaching and training of front end associates
Participate in training of new cashiers and use available tools to coach and develop staff
