Job Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- previous retail experience a plus

- capable of lifting between 15-30 pounds
Job Duties
- Demonstrate leadership in driving sales and profitability by achieving or exceeding all established store and individual goals
- achieve or exceed all established goals including sales, hourly productivity, average dollar sale (ADS), units per transaction (UPT), conversion, charge accounts and contests
- have complete working knowledge and use of selling skills and customer service standards
- develop and maintain relationships with customers through a friendly attitude and excellent service
- actively participate in contests, promotions, and sales incentive programs
- meet company standards for appearance, performance, knowledge and personal grooming
- maintain awareness of all sales promotions and handle multiple customers and projects
- print merchandise tags in timely manner
- understand and communicate customer merchandise needs and liaise with store management
- ensure consistent control of merchandise and maintain cash wrap daily as directed
- demonstrate professionalism when dealing with customers and answer telephone in friendly and professional manner
