Job Duties
- greet and interact with customers in a friendly manner
- taking and entering food orders accurately using the POS system
- handling cash and credit card transactions efficiently and issuing receipts
- reconciling the cash drawer at the end of each shift
- maintaining a clean and well-stocked cashier station
- assisting in resolving customer inquiries and escalating issues to management when necessary
- occasionally expediting guest orders to ensure timely service
