Job Requirements
- Must be at least 16 years old
- physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- reliable punctuality for variable shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
- adherence to uniform policy
- ability to follow employment regulations
- eligibility to work in the U.S. with authorized documents
- completion of Smashburger training program

Job Duties
- Greet guests with a smile
- promote a fun and positive work environment
- work effectively with team members and communicate with cooks and managers
- be knowledgeable of all menu items and answer guest questions
- verify guest orders for accuracy and process POS transactions
- visit tables after food delivery to ensure guest satisfaction
- follow marketing promotions and encourage guest surveys
