Job Requirements

  • Must be at least sixteen years of age
  • Ability to work flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Ability to interpret, understand, and follow instructions
  • Ability to move, lift, carry, and place merchandise and supplies weighing up to 25 pounds without assistance
  • Frequent repetitive motion with hands and arms
  • Ability to stand and walk continuously for up to 4 hours
  • Ability to visually locate merchandise and verify information in small print
  • May be exposed to various weather conditions and work environment variations including dust and humidity
  • May be exposed to chemicals or allergens
  • Completion and favorable evaluation of PEP survey, drug screen, employment reference check, criminal background check, or credit check may be required

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Previous experience handling cash register operations or financial transactions preferred
  • Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to follow instructions and comply with company policies
  • Basic problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
  • Good physical stamina and ability to stand or walk for long periods
  • Effective communication skills

  • Process transactions quickly and efficiently by following company guidelines and legal requirements
  • Perform proper bagging techniques to ensure food safety and product integrity
  • Provide customer services including carry out assistance and promoting store services or events
  • Utilize problem-solving skills to effectively address customer issues
