Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Prior experience in cashier or retail roles preferred
Ability to stand and move frequently on hard surfaces
Ability to lift up to 30 pounds frequently and occasionally with assistance more than 30 pounds
Availability for full-time shifts with regular predictable attendance
Ability to follow club policies and procedures
Must be able to handle multiple payment methods accurately

Job Qualifications

Basic math skills preferred
Prior cashier or sales experience preferred
Strong customer service orientation
Ability to maintain a positive and friendly attitude
Ability to work collaboratively within a team
Good communication skills
Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently

Job Duties

Process member purchases including verifying, renewing and upgrading memberships
Scan merchandise through point-of-sale system to ensure accurate inventory and purchase totals
Accept various payment methods including cash, check, and card
Provide friendly and efficient member service maintaining GOLD member standards
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the checkout and frontline areas
Assist members with self-checkout operations and technical difficulties
Uphold club policies, execute promotional plans, and assist in other departments as needed
