Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in a customer service role preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency with point of sale (POS) systems
- Basic math skills for handling transactions
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs

Job Duties
- Greet guests warmly and take accurate food and beverage orders
- Handle guest questions and concerns professionally and efficiently
- Operate the POS system proficiently to process transactions
- Maintain accuracy of the cash drawer and manage cash handling procedures
- Participate in Food preparation and cleaning tasks as directed by management
- Keep the workspace organized, stocked, and sanitary at all times
- Ensure compliance with all food safety and safety guidelines and maintain a safe work environment
