Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Previous experience in a customer service role preferred
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

  • Proficiency with point of sale (POS) systems
  • Basic math skills for handling transactions
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs

Job Duties

  • Greet guests warmly and take accurate food and beverage orders
  • Handle guest questions and concerns professionally and efficiently
  • Operate the POS system proficiently to process transactions
  • Maintain accuracy of the cash drawer and manage cash handling procedures
  • Participate in Food preparation and cleaning tasks as directed by management
  • Keep the workspace organized, stocked, and sanitary at all times
  • Ensure compliance with all food safety and safety guidelines and maintain a safe work environment
