Job Duties
- Greet all guests with a sincere smile, making them feel welcome through a positive, pleasant, and enthusiastic attitude
- Demonstrate company service expectations when serving dine-in and drive-through guests
- Pack orders correctly ensuring order accuracy and fill guest orders within company standard of 60 seconds
- Suggest additional items using selling scripts
- Collect money, accurately count change and deliver orders
- Maintain all signed meal tickets and coupons
- Follow all food safety guidelines
- Ensure product holding times are strictly observed
- Rotate and display products attractively on counters or in display cases
- Complete assigned housekeeping duties for a clean and organized restaurant
- Accomplish all tasks in a safe manner
- Listen and follow directions
- Respond positively to feedback
- Communicate honestly and courteously with guests, team members, and managers
- Keep supervisor informed of work-related issues
- Work cooperatively with team members
- Offer help in all restaurant areas without being asked
- Support company values, goals, and work rules
- Perform other duties as assigned by manager or shift leader
