Job Requirements

Must be 18 years or older
knowledge of basic math skills
customer service experience
potential travel to other stores for support
ability to stand and walk for extended periods
ability to lift 10-50 pounds occasionally
ability to work flexible schedules including weekends

Job Duties

Greet every customer in a helpful and courteous manner
connect with customers and recommend products
provide above and beyond customer service and exceed expectations
demonstrate and comply with company safety processes

process customers at checkout using the POS system
handle customer refunds and exchanges
open and close registers
follow cash, check, and credit card procedures
answer telephone according to guidelines
stock, tag, and display merchandise
create price tags and merchandise signs
