Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- 1 to 3 years of relevant work experience
- Basic math skills
- Basic computer skills
- Self-motivated with high integrity
- Strong organizational skills preferred
- Problem-solving skills preferred
- Ability to lift up to 30 pounds
- Flexible schedule including holidays
- Ability to work independently
- Willingness to occasionally use a cell phone as needed
Job Qualifications

- Basic computer skills with working knowledge of Excel, Word, and Outlook

- Flexible to work staggered and holiday shifts
Job Duties
- Accurately counts cash, coin, and checks nightly
- Posts required daily documentation to internal systems using Microsoft Office and CONA system
- Responsible for reconciling monies against documentation
- Documents daily cash room activities, including nightly route deposit information, route variances, full-service placements, removals, and full-service key logs
- Tracks driver cash variances for audit purposes via an excel spreadsheet
- Maintains cash room security and reports any related issues
- Conducts bi-annual check of security systems, cameras, alarms, and cash room door
- Maintains internal audit controls with cash, equipment, and documentation
- Assists office coordinator with setup and execution of branch stewardship activities and other administrative duties
