Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Availability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
- Ability to stand and move for extended periods
- Capability to lift up to 30 pounds frequently
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes
- Reliable and punctual with good attendance
- Commitment to providing excellent member service

- Basic math skills preferred
- Prior cashier or sales experience preferred
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team

Job Duties
- Carry out job functions and responsibilities as assigned
- Support the application of club policies, procedures and compliance
- Provide a high level of customer service to members
- Verify, renew and upgrade membership products
- Scan merchandise and process payments via various methods
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the frontline department
- Manage self-checkout lanes and assist with technical issues
- Meet cashier productivity expectations
- Adhere to club policies and perform other duties as assigned
- Demonstrate a positive and friendly attitude at all times
