Job Requirements

must be at least 16 years old
ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
capable of standing for extended periods
able to lift up to 25 pounds
legal eligibility to work in the United States
good customer service attitude
willingness to pass background check and participate in E-Verify

Job Qualifications

high school diploma or equivalent preferred
previous experience in food service or restaurant environment is advantageous
strong communication and teamwork skills
ability to work in a fast-paced setting
basic math skills for handling cash transactions

Job Duties

prepare and cook food according to Cafe Rio standards
maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas
assist with food preparation and inventory management
provide excellent customer service as a cashier or team member
operate kitchen equipment safely
support team members and management to ensure smooth restaurant operations
adhere to food safety and hygiene regulations
