Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous customer service or foodservice experience a plus
- ability to perform all physical demands including standing and walking 100 percent of the time
- ability to occasionally lift up to 40 lbs and frequently lift up to 20 lbs
- ability to follow safety, sanitation, and attendance policies
- punctuality and reliability
- ability to work flexible hours
- adherence to uniform and dress code

Job Duties
- Acknowledge the presence of guests immediately with a friendly greeting
- utilize provided tools to stay organized and learn the menu and daily specials
- bus tables and help maintain cleanliness
- restock and organize areas around check out counters
- handle all POS transactions ethically and according to company policies including cash and meal plans
- make accurate change and reconcile cash drawer after every meal
- follow company safety and sanitation policies and procedures
- follow the cleaning schedule using clean as you go techniques
- adhere to attendance policy including timely arrival and proper call-off procedures
- follow uniform dress code and maintain personal hygiene
- ensure guest satisfaction and hospitality protocols are met
- assist fellow team members as needed
