Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- greet guests and provide excellent customer service
- accurately process guest orders using the POS system
- handle cash drawer and maintain transaction accuracy
- communicate effectively with guests to answer questions and resolve concerns
- maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workspace
- participate in fundraising initiatives for Firehouse Subs Public Safety Foundation
- assist with food preparation and cleaning as assigned by management
