Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- prior experience in customer service or food service is a plus but not mandatory
- must be able to stand and/or walk 100% of the time during shifts
- capable of occasionally lifting up to 40 pounds and frequently lifting up to 20 pounds
- availability to work the required schedule including at least one weekend day
- ability to follow company procedures and policies
- must maintain acceptable attendance record
- authorized to work in the United States

- previous customer service experience preferred but not required

- commitment to follow uniform and hygiene standards
Job Duties
- Acknowledge the presence of guests immediately with a friendly greeting
- utilize tools to stay organized and learn menu and daily specials while keeping close communication with management
- bus tables and help maintain cleanliness and restock and organize areas surrounding the checkout counters
- handle all POS transactions ethically and according to company policies, including cash, meal plan or swipe, and Cater Trax orders
- accurately make change for cash-paying guests, maintain proper counts of transactions, keep an accurate balance in the cash drawer at all times, and reconcile cash drawer after every meal
- follow company safety and sanitation policies and procedures
- follow cleaning schedule using clean as you go techniques
- follow the company attendance policy including timely arrival, calling off procedures, and maintaining acceptable attendance record
- follow the uniform dress code and maintain proper personal hygiene
- follow all guest satisfaction procedures and hospitality imperatives
- work well with others and assist fellow team members as needed
