Job Requirements
- Customer service experience
- Effective communication skills
- Knowledge of basic math (counting, addition, and subtraction)
- Ability to work cooperatively in a high paced and sometimes stressful environment
- Ability to manage conflict in a reasonable, nonconfrontational and cooperative manner
- Ability to act with honesty and integrity regarding customer and business information
- Ability to follow directions and seek assistance when necessary

Job Qualifications

- Prior experience as a Bagger or Courtesy Clerk is preferred

Job Duties
- Greet customers actively and provide excellent service
- Process customer transactions quickly, accurately, and efficiently
- Handle various payment types including cash, checks, credit/debit cards, SNAP EBT, WIC, and coupons
- Adhere to company policies on cash handling, restricted sales, and loss prevention
- Report pricing discrepancies and maintain knowledge of current promotions
- Follow food safety and store safety regulations
- Maintain a clean and safe environment while reinforcing safety programs
