- Previous experience in customer service or administrative roles preferred
- Basic proficiency with computer systems and internal tracking software
Job Duties
- Greet and assist customers as they arrive at the dealership
- Answer incoming phone calls and direct them to the appropriate department
- Close out repair orders and assist with cashiering duties
- Prepare daily bank deposits
- Handle filing for the service and accounting departments
- Organize appointment packets for the next day’s service schedule
- Enter additional service requests into internal tracking systems
