Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- 2-plus years of guest and sales experience
- willingness to perform other duties as required to support the business
- ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds frequently
- ability to bend, stoop, and kneel frequently
- ability to climb ladders occasionally
- ability to stand for up to 8 hours during shifts
- availability to work varied hours including nights, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties
- Genuinely greet all guests with a friendly smile
- select and help locate or obtain merchandise based on guest needs and desires
- consistently invite guests to join the Guest Registry and explain benefits
- efficiently handle purchase and return transactions following policies and procedures
- learn, reference, and share current product knowledge with guests
- provide prompt recommendations and professional service
- emphasize brand direction and inform guests of current marketing programs and upcoming events
- actively participate in all store-related meetings
- work towards exceeding sales and service performance goals set by store management
