Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • 2-plus years of guest and sales experience
  • willingness to perform other duties as required to support the business
  • ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds frequently
  • ability to bend, stoop, and kneel frequently
  • ability to climb ladders occasionally
  • ability to stand for up to 8 hours during shifts
  • availability to work varied hours including nights, weekends, and holidays

Job Qualifications

  • strong knowledge of product features and benefits
  • excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • ability to deliver professional, friendly, and knowledgeable customer service

Job Duties

  • Genuinely greet all guests with a friendly smile
  • select and help locate or obtain merchandise based on guest needs and desires
  • consistently invite guests to join the Guest Registry and explain benefits
  • efficiently handle purchase and return transactions following policies and procedures
  • learn, reference, and share current product knowledge with guests
  • provide prompt recommendations and professional service
  • emphasize brand direction and inform guests of current marketing programs and upcoming events
  • actively participate in all store-related meetings
  • work towards exceeding sales and service performance goals set by store management
