Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in a customer service or foodservice role preferred
- Ability to perform all physical demands of the job including standing and walking for extended periods and occasional lifting
- Availability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends and holidays
- Ability to follow instructions and work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Basic math skills to handle POS transactions
- Commitment to adherence to safety and sanitation standards

- Ability to occasionally lift up to 40 pounds

Job Duties
- Acknowledge the presence of our guests immediately with a friendly greeting
- Utilize the tools provided to stay organized and learn menu and daily specials, keep in close communication with management
- Bus tables and help maintain cleanliness
- Restock and organize areas surrounding the check out counters
- Handle all POS transactions ethically and according to company policies, including cash, meal plan or swipe, and Cater Trax orders
- Accurately make change for all cash-paying guests, maintain proper counts of all transactions and balance in the cash drawer, reconcile cash drawer after every meal
- Follow company safety and sanitation policies and procedures
- Follow cleaning schedule using clean as you go techniques
- Follow company attendance policy including timely arrival and calling off procedures
- Follow uniform dress code and maintain proper hygiene
- Work well with others and assist fellow team members as needed
