Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Previous experience in a customer service or foodservice role preferred
  • Ability to perform all physical demands of the job including standing and walking for extended periods and occasional lifting
  • Availability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends and holidays
  • Ability to follow instructions and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Basic math skills to handle POS transactions
  • Commitment to adherence to safety and sanitation standards

Job Duties

  • Acknowledge the presence of our guests immediately with a friendly greeting
  • Utilize the tools provided to stay organized and learn menu and daily specials, keep in close communication with management
  • Bus tables and help maintain cleanliness
  • Restock and organize areas surrounding the check out counters
  • Handle all POS transactions ethically and according to company policies, including cash, meal plan or swipe, and Cater Trax orders
  • Accurately make change for all cash-paying guests, maintain proper counts of all transactions and balance in the cash drawer, reconcile cash drawer after every meal
  • Follow company safety and sanitation policies and procedures
  • Follow cleaning schedule using clean as you go techniques
  • Follow company attendance policy including timely arrival and calling off procedures
  • Follow uniform dress code and maintain proper hygiene
  • Work well with others and assist fellow team members as needed
