Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous cashier or customer service experience preferred
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
- Must be able to stand for extended periods
- Must be able to work in a cold environment
- Must pass a background check with no felony convictions
- Must maintain a clear driving record
- Must wear assigned uniform during all shifts
- Must be a team player
- Ability to communicate effectively with people of all ages
- Ability to learn quickly

Job Duties
- Take in all monies for admissions, skate rentals, skate sharpening, lessons, and sales
- Answer telephones and respond to public inquiries about sessions, lessons, and facility fees
- Explain Sharks Ice programs and policies to customers
- Perform general cleanup of the front desk area
- Assist Hockey and Skating Managers with registrations
- Provide excellent customer service and enforce policies
- Know emergency procedures and evacuation plans
- Ensure overall cleanliness of the facility
- Perform additional duties as assigned
- Locate information through appropriate channels when necessary
