Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older
- Basic math skills
- Customer service experience
- Ability to occasionally travel to other stores for support
- Ability to handle physical work including lifting 20-50 pounds occasionally
- Ability to stand, walk, reach, climb, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl as needed

Job Duties
- Greet every customer in a helpful and courteous manner
- Connect with customers, ask about their projects, recommend products and excite customers about their purchase
- Provide above and beyond customer service to exceed customer expectations
- Demonstrate and understand compliance with company safety processes
- Act and work in accordance with the company’s core values
- Process customers at checkout using the point of sale system
- Process customer refunds and exchanges according to established guidelines
- Open and close registers
- Follow established cash, check and credit card acceptance procedures
- Answer the telephone according to company guidelines
- Stock, tag and display merchandise as required
- Create price tags and merchandise signs
