Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Must have a high school diploma or equivalent
- 1-2 years of recent cashiering experience
- Ability to operate cash register, calculator and scanner
- Must be dependable and reliable
- Ability to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends and holidays
- Good communication skills
- Ability to follow directions and participate in a team
- Ability to perform repetitious activities
- Ability to multitask and stay organized
- Ability to lift and carry up to 30 lbs
- Ability to push grocery carts requiring force up to 35 lbs
- Strong attention to detail and proficiency in math
- Ability to read, write and count
Job Qualifications
- At least 18 years of age

Job Duties
- Process customer orders quickly, accurately and efficiently
- Handle cash, credit, debit payments and provide change
- Assist customers by providing product information and resolving complaints
- Follow front end procedures including stocking shelves, facing and dusting
- Maintain knowledge of weekly ad items, store events and promotions
- Ensure checkout areas are clean and orderly
- Communicate effectively with front end manager and Head Cashier
