Job Duties
- Run the point-of-sale system and assist customers during check-out
- Manage cash, credit, or house account payments
- Provide excellent customer service by being attentive, approachable, and greeting customers
- Ensure the cafe is clean and presentable at all times
- Set up and restock products, displays, coolers, and workstations
- Perform light food preparation including baking cookies and preparing grab-and-go items
- Clean and restock the cafe at the end of the shift including wiping tables, cleaning the coffee bar, and mopping
