Job Requirements

- availability to work evenings and weekends, with a strong commitment to reliable and consistent attendance
- comfortable standing and moving throughout the event area for extended periods during each shift
- exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with proven ability to handle challenging situations with professionalism and poise
- experience operating the square payment system, or demonstrated ability to learn new point-of-sale technology quickly and efficiently
- physically able to lift and carry up to 25 pounds for restocking and inventory management tasks

Job Duties
- operate the square payment system to efficiently and accurately process cash, credit, and debit transactions
- issue receipts and handle refunds or exchanges promptly and in accordance with company policies
- welcome guests with a smile and deliver friendly, immersive assistance to enhance their experience
- provide clear information about the attraction, pricing, and special offers
- address customer concerns or complaints professionally, ensuring guest satisfaction
- promote and sell merchandise, add-ons, and upgrades to maximize guest enjoyment and drive revenue
- inform guests about bundle deals and special promotions to encourage additional purchases
- monitor merchandise stock levels and promptly report low inventory to management
- assist with restocking shelves and maintaining a clean, organized sales area
- participate in regular inventory counts to ensure accurate tracking of all items
- support the efficient flow of guests by assisting with the queue line management and maintaining a positive atmosphere
