Job Requirements
- Work 9-28 hours per week part-time
- Must be 16 or older
- Sit stand and walk continuously
- Occasionally stoop bend crouch or climb including the use of ladders
- Frequently lift push pull and carry up to 50 pounds
- Continuous use of hands and wrists for grasping and fine manipulation
- Communicate proficiently through speech reading and writing
- Maintain effective audio-visual perception and judgement to observe and respond to the environment
- Work in an environment that features hot and cold temperature variations and exposure to food allergens
Job Qualifications
- Must be 16 years or older
- Basic proficiency in math for handling cash transactions
- Good customer service and communication skills
- Ability to operate a POS system accurately
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to follow food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Ability to work well within a team
- Basic food preparation knowledge
Job Duties
- Assemble and package menu items to company standards
- Extend a warm and friendly greeting to all guests
- Explain menu and answer product questions for all guests
- Enter guests orders accurately into the POS system
- Accept payments from guest and make change correctly
- Operate the cash register and be responsible for cash receipts
- Present orders to guest properly packaged with all necessary accompaniment and utensils
- Generate additional sales by suggesting additional menu items to the guest
- Verify register at the beginning of the shift
- Stock adequate supplies of paper goods condiment beverages etc. for serving the guest
- Prep drinks and assist in prepping items such as sauces salads produce etc.
- Clean all guest areas
- Inform management when any front-of-house equipment needs service or inventory is needed
- Remove trash from waste receptacles
- Answer telephone and take orders over the telephone
