- Basic math skills, ability to make change
- Cash handling and food service experience
- High school diploma or equivalent
Job Duties
- Accurately and quickly ring sales and make change according to cash handling policies and procedures
- Report variances and concerns to leader or supervisor
- Re-stock and maintain displays to department standards
- Rotate product using FIFO
- Clean and sanitize work area and displays to department standards
- Take customer's orders and assist with selections
- Serve and sample food per department guidelines
- Identify customers in need of assistance and respectfully and tactfully assist
- Identify and communicate opportunities for waste reduction, service improvements and/or revenue enhancement to leadership per established guidelines
