- prior experience in cashier or customer service preferred but not required
- ability to stand for extended periods
- good communication skills

- willingness to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays

Job Duties
- greet guests as they enter and offer a sincere personal invitation to return as guests leave
- offer assistance to any guests who may need help
- process Golden Corral On the Go To-Go orders
- be friendly and courteous on the phone
- handle payments accurately
- know and follow position responsibilities related to just-in-time delivery
- maintain knowledge of buffet offerings, menu items, and prices
- maintain organization and cleanliness at the vestibule, host/cashier station and surrounding areas
- help ensure the buffet is set up properly and labels are correct
- clean all buffets and surrounding areas
- follow local health department laws
- perform duty roster ensuring cleanliness, service, and quality standards are met
- inform manager when money in the drawer needs to be taken to the safe to reduce risk of robbery
- ensure drawer balances with daily paperwork
