- One year of food service experience preferred
Job Duties
- Handle cash and credit transactions from customers
- Operate a cash register including receiving payment, making change, and issuing receipts
- Ring proper PLU codes or scan bar-codes accurately for sale items
- Maintain the security of cash at all times
- Assist in locating, reconciling, and verifying transaction accuracy
- Prepare for service before meals and clean dining areas after meals
- Set up and stock beverage areas, grab and go items, service ware, and condiments
- Clean and sanitize the workstation
- Brew coffee and tea
- Restock beverage areas
- Interact with customers in serving and dining areas
- Provide high-quality customer service
- Follow cash-handling policies and procedures
- Comply with HACCP and company safety policies
- Perform other assigned duties
