Job Requirements
- be at least 18 years of age
- possess a high school diploma or equivalent
- have 1-2 years of recent cashiering experience
- show outgoing and friendly behavior
- ability to operate front end equipment including register, calculator, and scanner
- be dependable and able to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays
- good communication skills
- ability to take direction and participate in a team environment
- ability to perform repetitious activities and multitask
- be able to lift and carry products weighing up to 30 lbs
- use both hands to move grocery carts requiring force up to 35 lbs
- strong attention to detail and proficiency with cash handling and math skills

Job Duties
- process customer orders quickly and accurately
- handle cash, credit, and debit payments
- assist customers by providing product information and resolving complaints
- maintain clean and orderly checkout areas
- assist with stocking shelves, facing, and dusting
- communicate effectively with front end manager and Head Cashier
- stay knowledgeable about weekly ads, events, and store layout
