Job Requirements
- No prior experience necessary
- must successfully complete Smashburger training program
- must be 16 years old or older
- physical ability to stand and lift up to 25 pounds
- ability to adhere to variable working hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- must follow Smashburger uniform policy
- ability to comply with local, state, and federal employment regulations
- must produce authorized U.S. work documents
- participation in E-Verify required

Job Duties
- Greet guests with a smile
- promote a fun and positive work environment
- work effectively with team members, cooks, and managers
- be knowledgeable about all menu items to make suggestions and answer questions
- verify guest orders for accuracy and process POS transactions
- visit tables after food delivery to ensure guest satisfaction
- adhere to marketing promotions and encourage survey completion
- maintain cleanliness of floors, counters, dining areas, and restrooms
- follow cash handling procedures and company cash policies
- upsell food items through thoughtful suggestions
- follow order accuracy procedures
