Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- ability to stand and walk 100% of the time
- capability to occasionally lift up to 40 lbs and frequently lift up to 20 lbs
- must be able to follow attendance policies
- must adhere to uniform and personal hygiene requirements
- willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

- basic math skills for handling cash transactions

Job Duties
- Acknowledge the presence of guests immediately with a friendly greeting
- utilize tools provided to stay organized and learn menu and daily specials
- bus tables and help maintain cleanliness
- restock and organize areas surrounding checkout counters
- handle all POS transactions ethically and according to company policies including cash, meal plan, and online orders
- accurately make change and maintain cash drawer balance
- follow company safety and sanitation policies and procedures
- implement cleaning schedules using clean-as-you-go techniques
- adhere to attendance policies including timely arrival and proper call-off procedures
- maintain proper dress code and personal hygiene
- follow guest satisfaction and hospitality procedures
- collaborate and assist fellow team members as needed
