Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in customer service or hospitality preferred
- Ability to stand and walk for entire shift
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs occasionally
- Ability to handle POS transactions accurately
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Reliability and punctuality
- Adherence to uniform and personal hygiene standards

Job Duties
- Acknowledge the presence of our guests immediately with a friendly greeting
- Utilize the tools provided to stay organized
- Learn menu and daily specials, keeping in close communication with management
- Bus tables and help maintain cleanliness
- Restock/organize areas surrounding the check out counters
- Handle all POS transactions ethically and according to company policies, including all cash, meal plan or swipe, and Cater Trax orders
- Accurately make change for all cash-paying guests
- maintain proper counts of all transactions
- maintain accurate balance in cash drawer at all times
- reconcile cash drawer after every meal
- Follow company safety and sanitation policies and procedures
- Follow cleaning schedule as provided by management using clean as you go techniques
- Follow company attendance policy including arriving for work timely, following calling off procedures, and maintaining an acceptable attendance record
- Follow the uniform dress code and maintain proper personal hygiene
- Follow all guest satisfaction procedures and hospitality imperatives
- Work well with others and assist fellow team members as needed
