Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- prior cash handling experience preferred
- ability to stand for extended periods
- good communication and interpersonal skills
- willingness to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
- basic math skills
- capability to perform physical tasks as required
- able to comply with background check procedures
Job Qualifications
- Knowledge of merchandise management
- experience with cash register operations and change-making
- ability to work with people of different abilities
- capability to perform repetitive tasks independently
- flexible with working days, evenings, weekends
- physically able to stand, stoop, bend, and carry for entire shifts
- ability to move independently or with reasonable accommodation
- tolerance to extreme temperature and humidity changes
- mentally and physically able to perform all job requirements
- ability to complete a background check
Job Duties
- Greet and assist guests
- change and maintain merchandise displays
- keep the store neat and clean
- assist with replenishment of stock
- remove merchandise from the sales floor
- strive to meet daily sales goals
- perform duties according to established best practices
- assist in all aspects of retail operations as directed
