Job Requirements
- Must be at least 16 years old
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift boxes up to 25 lbs
- Ability to work variable schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Must adhere to Smashburger uniform policy
- Must complete Smashburger training program
- Ability to comply with local, state, and federal employment regulations
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S.

Job Duties
- Greet guests with a smile
- Promote a fun and positive work environment
- Work collaboratively with team members and communicate effectively with cooks and managers
- Be knowledgeable of all menu items to make meal suggestions and answer questions
- Verify guest orders for accuracy and process POS transactions
- Follow cash handling procedures and company cash policies
- Visit tables after food delivery to ensure guest satisfaction
- Adhere to marketing promotions and encourage guest surveys
- Maintain cleanliness of dining area, restrooms, and workstations
- Follow personal and food safety and security standards
- Upsell food items through thoughtful suggestions
- Follow order accuracy procedures to minimize waste
