Job Requirements
- Must be at least 16 years old
- Must be eligible to work in the United States
- Must be available to work assigned schedules
- Ability to lift and carry items for short distances
- Willingness to perform various tasks including housekeeping duties
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous customer service experience is a plus but not required
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
- Reliable and punctual
Job Duties
- Greet all guests with a sincere smile making them feel welcome through a positive pleasant and enthusiastic attitude
- Demonstrate company service expectations when serving both dine in and drive through guests
- Pack orders correctly ensuring order accuracy and fill the guest order within company standard of 60 seconds
- Suggest additional items using selling scripts
- Collect money accurately count change and deliver the order thanking guest and inviting them to return
- Maintain all signed meal tickets and coupons
- Follow all food safety guidelines
- Ensure that all product holding times are strictly observed
- Ensure product displays on the counter or in the display case are properly rotated and attractively displayed
- Complete assigned housekeeping duties to provide a clean and organized restaurant
- Ensure that all tasks are accomplished in a safe manner
- Listen and follow directions
- Respond positively to feedback
- Communicate honestly and courteously with guests team members and managers
- Communicate positively about the company
- Keep supervisor informed of work related issues
- Work well with team members
- Offer help without being asked in all areas of the restaurant
- Support company values goals and work rules
- Perform other duties as assigned by Manager or Shift Leader
