Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous experience in foodservice or customer-facing roles is a plus
- ability to stand and/or walk 100% of the time
- ability to occasionally lift up to 40 lbs and frequently lift up to 20 lbs
- reliable transportation to and from work
- availability to work flexible schedules including evenings and weekends
- good communication and interpersonal skills
- compliance with company attendance and dress code policies

- experience in customer service or hospitality is preferred but not mandatory
Job Duties
- Acknowledge the presence of guests immediately with a friendly greeting
- utilize tools provided to stay organized and learn menu and daily specials while maintaining communication with management
- bus tables and help maintain cleanliness
- restock and organize areas surrounding checkout counters
- handle all POS transactions ethically and according to company policies including cash, meal plan or swipe, and Cater Trax orders
- accurately make change, maintain proper transaction counts, balance the cash drawer, and reconcile after every meal
- follow company safety and sanitation policies and procedures
- follow cleaning schedules using clean as you go techniques
- adhere to company attendance policy including timely arrival and proper call-off procedures
- follow uniform dress code and maintain proper personal hygiene
- follow guest satisfaction procedures and hospitality imperatives
- work well with others and assist fellow team members as needed
