Job Requirements
- Be at least 18 years of age
- Have a high school diploma or equivalent
- Possess 1-2 years of recent cashiering experience
- Exhibit outgoing and friendly behavior
- Demonstrate a positive attitude and ability to interact with customers
- Ability to operate front-end equipment including register, calculator, and scanner
- Be dependable and reliable with a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Have good communication skills
- Ability to take direction and constructive criticism
- Ability to perform repetitive activities
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and stay organized
- Must lift/carry products weighing up to 30 lbs from 36 inches to 24 inches up to 3 feet for up to 50 hours without mechanical assistance
- Must use both hands to move grocery carts requiring force up to 35 lbs for up to 50 hours
- Requires strong attention to detail and proficiency with numbers

Job Duties
- Process customer orders quickly, accurately, and efficiently
- Ensure complete customer satisfaction through prompt and friendly service
- Handle customer cash, credit/debit payments, and change accurately
- Assist customers by providing product information and resolving complaints
- Follow front-end procedures and assist with stocking, facing, and dusting shelves as needed
- Maintain knowledge of weekly ad items, store events, and seminars
- Ensure checkout areas are clean, orderly, and properly maintained
- Communicate effectively with front-end manager and Head Cashier
- Execute related duties as assigned
