Job Requirements

- Ability to work part-time hours including evenings, weekends, and some holidays

Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in customer service roles preferred
- Ability to operate cash registers and handle financial transactions accurately
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and some holidays
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods and work in both indoor and outdoor environments
- Basic mechanical aptitude for minor equipment troubleshooting
- Team player with a positive attitude
Job Duties
- Operate cash register after time calculation and calculate the cost of transaction
- Receive payment by cash, check, credit cards, or vouchers and accurately give change when necessary
- Reconcile cash till at the beginning and end of each shift and restock as necessary
- Calculate total payments received during a shift and reconcile with total sales from printed computer transaction reports
- Provide exemplary customer service while greeting, conversing, and assisting customers in a courteous and professional manner
- Direct customers to their requested locations or mall personnel
- Inventory supplies in pay stations and restock when necessary
- Walk to and around customer vehicles to assist within a 50-foot radius of the parking office
- Provide minor mechanical assistance with parking ticket machines, including lifting covers to replenish tickets or relieve jams
- Communicate via phone, radio, and intercom systems promptly and courteously
- Perform other duties as assigned
