- Food handler certification required
- strong cash handling skills
- available to work flexible hours that may include mornings evenings weekends late nights and or holidays

Job Duties
- Act with integrity honesty and knowledge that promote the culture values and mission of Wingstop
- greet all guests in a friendly and welcoming manner whether by phone or in person
- place orders for guests in-person and over the phone upsell and maintain knowledge of menu and sauce descriptions along with new items and promotions
- be knowledgeable on menu offerings sauce descriptions and promotions to better assist guests in making order recommendations and answering questions
- monitor that all orders are ready within quoted guest order readiness times
- verify the accuracy and presentation of all guest orders before delivery to guests to ensure the highest level of guest satisfaction
- strong cash handling skills to accurately process cash credit card and gift card transactions and balance of register at end of shift
- assist in maintaining a clean workplace keep front of house clean and stocked including restrooms restocking products during periods of downtime or as directed
- practice safe food handling procedures by following all safety and sanitation guidelines promote safety in the workplace
- maintain a professional and presentable appearance according to the companys uniform standards
- receive and handle complaints from guests and guide the manager on duty if a problem requires escalation
- leave guests with a long-lasting and positive impression of their Wingstop experience
