Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in retail or customer service preferred
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
- Basic proficiency with point of sale systems and cash handling
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weight
- Availability to work flexible schedules including weekends and holidays
- Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
Job Qualifications

- Previous retail or cashier experience preferred
- Strong English fluency, written and verbal
- Basic computer skills for processing transactions and documentation
- Outgoing and friendly personality with a passion for ski or snowboard culture
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 pounds
- Flexible availability including holidays and weekends
Job Duties
- Greet guests with a warm, friendly attitude and provide exceptional service throughout their visit
- Accurately process sales transactions including cash, credit, returns, and exchanges
- Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked checkout area
- Assist guests with questions about products, promotions, and store policies
- Support store operations by restocking merchandise and helping with basic sales floor tasks as needed
- Follow all cash handling and loss prevention procedures
- Contribute to a positive team environment and uphold company standards
