  • Experience operating the Square payment system or ability to learn quickly

Job Duties

  • Operate the Square payment system to process cash, credit, and debit transactions
  • Issue receipts and handle refunds or exchanges promptly
  • Welcome guests with friendly and immersive assistance
  • Provide accurate information about the attraction, pricing, and special offers
  • Address customer concerns or complaints professionally
  • Promote and sell merchandise, add-ons, and upgrades
  • Inform guests about bundle deals and special promotions
  • Monitor merchandise stock levels and report low inventory
  • Assist with restocking shelves and maintaining a clean sales area
  • Participate in inventory counts
  • Support efficient flow of guests by assisting with queue line management
