Job Duties

Operate the Square payment system to process cash, credit, and debit transactions
Issue receipts and handle refunds or exchanges promptly
Welcome guests with friendly and immersive assistance
Provide accurate information about the attraction, pricing, and special offers
Address customer concerns or complaints professionally
Promote and sell merchandise, add-ons, and upgrades
Inform guests about bundle deals and special promotions
Monitor merchandise stock levels and report low inventory
Assist with restocking shelves and maintaining a clean sales area
Participate in inventory counts
Support efficient flow of guests by assisting with queue line management
