Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Capacity to stand for extended periods and perform physically demanding tasks
- Reliable transportation to work
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
- Excellent customer service skills
- Must be able to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team
Job Qualifications
- Prior experience in a fast-paced restaurant or kitchen environment preferred

Job Duties
- Prepare and cook menu items consistently to Cafe Rio standards
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations and kitchen areas
- Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
- Provide excellent customer service at the cashier or front counter
- Assist management in daily operational tasks and team supervision
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Participate actively in team meetings and training sessions
