Job Requirements

must successfully complete Smashburger training program
must be 16 years old or above
physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift boxes up to 25 pounds
reliable attendance for variable hours and days including holidays
adherence to uniform policy

Job Duties

maintain cleanliness of floors, counters, dining area and restrooms
listen, communicate and work well with others

follow order accuracy procedures to ensure guest satisfaction
