Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of one year of Cashier experience in a retail environment
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Basic math and computer skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Good communication skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
Job Qualifications
- Minimum of one year of Cashier experience
- Strong customer service orientation
- Leadership skills with the ability to support and coach a team
- Knowledge of retail Point of Sale systems
- Ability to handle customer inquiries and resolve issues effectively
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
Job Duties
- Process checkout and return transactions accurately and efficiently
- Monitor and maintain the Self-Checkout area
- Provide customers with fast, friendly, and knowledgeable service
- Position and support Cashiers during shifts
- Expedite price checks and approve Point of Sale transactions and markdowns
- Handle first-level escalation for customer issues
- Assist in the training, coaching, and development of Front End Associates
