Job Duties
- Greet all guests with a sincere smile and positive attitude
- Serve dine-in and drive-through guests demonstrating company service expectations
- Pack orders accurately and fill them within the company standard of 60 seconds
- Suggest additional items using selling scripts
- Collect money, count change accurately and deliver orders while thanking guests
- Maintain all signed meal tickets and coupons
- Follow food safety guidelines and ensure product holding times are observed
- Rotate and display products attractively
- Complete assigned housekeeping duties
- Ensure tasks are performed in a safe manner
- Listen and follow directions
- Respond positively to feedback
- Communicate honestly and courteously with guests, team members, and managers
- Work well with team members and offer help proactively
- Support company values, goals, and work rules
- Perform other duties as assigned by Manager or Shift Leader
