Job Requirements
- be at least 18 years of age
- have a high school diploma or equivalent
- have 1-2 years of recent cashiering experience
- outgoing and friendly behavior
- positive attitude
- ability to operate front end equipment
- dependable and reliable
- flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays
- good communication skills
- ability to take direction and participate in a team
- able to perform repetitious activities
- ability to multitask, prioritize, and stay organized
- able to lift and carry up to 30 lbs for distances up to 3 feet
- able to move grocery carts horizontally requiring up to 35 lbs of force
- strong attention to detail
- proficiency with numbers
- ability to read, write and count
Job Qualifications
- be at least 18 years of age

- possess 1-2 years of recent cashiering experience

- have ability to operate front end equipment including register, calculator, scanner
- exhibit good communication skills

Job Duties
- process customer orders quickly and accurately
- handle cash, credit, debit payments, and change
- provide friendly and prompt customer service
- assist customers with product location and information
- follow front end procedures and maintain checkout areas
- assist with stocking, facing, and dusting shelves
- communicate effectively with front end manager and Head Cashier
