Job Duties
- prepare ingredients and assemble menu items according to company recipes and standards
- maintain food safety and cleanliness standards in all work areas
- operate kitchen equipment including grills and fryers safely and efficiently
- assist with receiving and storing deliveries to ensure freshness and quality
- provide friendly and efficient customer service at the front counter
- process customer orders accurately and handle cash transactions
- supervise team members and support daily operations as assistant manager
